After a pleasant sunset in Kellogg, IA and a night’s rest we departed for Illinois early this morning. The idea is to take our friend, Bill Joyce’s advice and pass through the Chicago area on a Sunday morning. That’s the plan and if all goes well we will be in Nappanee tomorrow. Tonight we’ll stay in Joliet, Illinois along Interstate 80.
Lots of bugs on the windshield
Blue, glad to be on the ground. It wasn’t a long day (287 miles) but we’re both very happy to be nearly done with this trek east. One day closer to erasing the bandage off the side of the motor home.
