Several readers of this blog have told me they have a Newmar 5th Wheel or Newmar Motorhome. In case you ever need to visit Nappanee to have work done here are some pictures and a video to help introduce you to the facility.

Design Center
The Laundry and Dog-Friendly Guest Lounge. It seems to be a secret place. The main guest area next to the parts department has a big “No Pets” sign and recommended places where you can board your pets.

Temporary parking and partial hook-up sites. The day I arrived it was full. If you have an appointment for service arrive at Newmar a couple days early and check into the full hook-up area first. If you can’t find an open site in the full hook-up section look here next.
PARTS DEPARTMENT IMAGES
The parts department at Newmar is small up front and huge in the warehouse. Jeanie at the front desk will ask your name, look up your coach and come up with almost every part of your rig. The front store is full of the little items everyone can’t find in regular RV stores. If you need a part Jeanie will look it up and ship it out. You can take a picture of what you need and send it to her as well. Best of all it’s a friendly place.
