Shooting the Marsh

This is a short video showing some of the life at the Bandon Marsh. As many you know through reading this blog I’ve been involved with a video project about the Restoration of the Bandon Marsh. Last year, the majority of the video shot was about the transformation of the land back to pre-1900 conditions. This years shoot is about the life in the marsh. Plants, animals and birds are returning in abundance as the marsh enters the final stage of restoration. In late summer, the levee will be breached to permit tidal waters to surge in and out, resuscitating the land and life around the Bandon Marsh.
