Remember last year I wrote of my dear friend and colleague Shellie Bailey-Shah and her family. This last year has been one, big roller coaster ride for Shellie as she dealt with breast cancer, radiation and chemotherapy. I’m so happy to tell you she is emerging from the battle looking great, feeling better and enjoying life as she always has. To those who know her, nothing seems to have changed except her hair is a little, ok, a lot shorter than before. Frankly though, she looks marvelous in her new temporary style.
She and her gang of boys spent the weekend with me here in Bandon.
